Web pages not opening in any internet browser

Step 1
Change the DNS to 114.114.114.114 and 8.8.8.8. Open "Control Panel" and select "Network and Internet", choose "Network and Sharing Centre" and click on the "Change adaper settings" at the left side of the windows.

Step 2
Select "Ethernet", right click and choose "Properties".

Step 3
Search "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and click Properties.

Step 4
Check "Use the following CNS server addresses:" and enter the DNS server address as shown in the picture.
